Great supplement to have pre-workout. Digests fast and does not cause bloating. Most importantly, taste is awesome if you like nutella and the consistency of red bean paste 👍🏻

Tastes very nice, easy to drink 3-4 scoops in one shaker bottle even when it is thick. Not too sweet either, very palatable.
