I sleep a lot better and deeper with this supplement. So far so good. Feeling quite rested. Doesn’t make me extremely sleepy/groggy too.
Price to value ratio is great. Taste is chocolatey enough for me.
I seldom take the time to write reviews, but I just had to for this product. Was introduced to Dream Sleep by my friend when he heard I had difficulty staying asleep. Work stress was piling and to make matters worse, sleep was affected and the vicious cycle of not having enough sleep which led to even more stress. I decided to give this product a go, since my friend had good results. I have been using it for 2 weeks and every single night, even on the first night when I received it, I have consistently been getting deep sleep cycles and my app reports also show a huge improvement in quality of sleep. I am scoring around 90-95 each night now whereas before it was hovering around 68ish. The great thing is it also doesn't contain melatonin and there's no dependency or habit forming.
